A publication fee of 150 USD or 6,000 TL is charged for web design, article tracking system, DOI assignment, indexing and indexing processes, and Crosscheck similarity screening. If the submitted articles are found suitable for peer review after the editor's preliminary review, the author(s) will be charged a publication fee regardless of whether the article is accepted or not. No refund is made for articles rejected as a result of the referee process.

The fee policy of our journal has been determined in accordance with the General Assembly decision of the Council of Higher Education dated 07.03.2019. In line with this decision, the details regarding the fee policies of the journals are specified in the letter published by the Presidency of the Interuniversity Council, and our journal also applies its pricing policy in accordance with the principles determined within this framework.
